When Viatrix Catering came to me, they had a vision: bold, modern and impossible to miss at busy food festivals and events.

The original branding wasn't telling that story. Market research showed it lacked impact, wasn't memorable, and didn't reflect the quality of the business.

So I went back to the strategy
